• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage daily activities across Project Engineering, Field Engineering, and Design Support.
• Ensure timely completion of system engineering, documentation, assembly, and testing.
• Handle customer orders and implement post-sales service activities efficiently.
• Supervise administrative tasks, including timekeeping, expense reporting, and customer invoicing.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
• Oversee and enhance customer service activities and the support rotation schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement policies, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation & Controls and Electrical Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in an engineering or technical leadership role.
• Proven leadership skills with a knack for strategic and tactical planning.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities; adept at making informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and customer interaction.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
