Position : Sales Representative

Direct Recruit Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to potential clients in the Dallas area. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Understand and effectively communicate the services and benefits of Direct Recruit Agency to potential clients
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the recruitment needs of clients and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Knowledge of the Dallas job market and recruitment industry is a plus
