Position Overview
Were seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development & Sales Representative to build strong referral networks, drive revenue, and represent CRDN across the restoration and insurance industries.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, enjoys connecting people to solutions, and is motivated by both purpose and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new referrals by building relationships with insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, property managers, and other industry professionals
- Conduct regular drop-ins, jobsite visits, lunch-and-learns, and event participation to strengthen CRDN visibility
- Educate referral partners on CRDNs core services : Textiles, Electronics, and Contents Restoration
- Track sales activity and leads through CRM tools
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff and customer satisfaction
- Represent CRDN at industry functions, association meetings, and community events
- Meet or exceed monthly referral and revenue goals
