A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading self-publishing and print-on-demand platform. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with locating orders, navigating the website, and resolving billing inquiries Provide timely and empathetic support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) Meet performance metrics including ticket resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and response time targets Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer support experience; SaaS industry experience preferred Proficiency with helpdesk tools such as FreshDesk or similar platforms Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Must be available to work onsite in the RDU area for the first week of training Contract position running from October 6th to January 30th
