Key Responsibilities Develop agentic workflows to support Loan Officers and enhance borrower experiences Prototype and validate solutions through offline evaluations and online experiments Blend generative reasoning with classical ML for comprehensive decision-making Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in building AI / ML systems using Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn Familiarity with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and GenAI methods Strong foundation in predictive modeling and data-driven experimentation Experience with SQL and distributed data tools such as Spark and Databricks Proficient in coding practices including Git, CI / CD, and testing
