Location : Lincoln, RI

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Early release at 11 : 30 AM on Fridays)

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

Job Description :

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Lincoln, RI. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Assist with basic machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Complete production logs and communicate any issues to the supervisor
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required

Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required - training will be provided

Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong work ethic and punctuality
