Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master. Key Responsibilities Manage the agile release train for a given value stream and ensure scrum team success Coach and mentor scrum teams, empowering them to embrace agility and remove impediments Create release plans and dashboards that illustrate the flow of value and lead successful delivery teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in Information Technology roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer Scrum Master and RTE Certifications with experience in both SAFe and non-SAFe environments Significant experience in agile transformations and coaching teams Experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
