The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives under pressure, loves sports, and can develop high-impact visuals within minutes - not days.

You'll be our go-to for quick-turn social graphics that stop people mid-scroll, plus premium branded assets that make our brand and paid campaigns pop.

What You'll Do

  • Turn breaking news into visuals fast : live sports, political moments, cultural shifts.
  • Design social graphics, templates, and paid ad campaigns that feel native to the platforms.
  • Build premium creatives for launches, partnerships, and high-visibility brand moments.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with social + content teams to move from idea ? live post in real time.
  • Push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand.

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years designing for sports, fantasy, betting, or media brands (bonus if PrizePicks, Underdog, DraftKings, FanDuel, Bleacher Report, etc.).
  • Portfolio that shows fast-turn creative and polished campaign work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + Figma.
  • Obsessed with sports + tuned into the political / cultural news cycle.
  • Comfortable working at startup speed : scrappy, resourceful, quick to ship.
  • Paid performance experience.
  • A sixth sense for what trends on X / Twitter.

    • Bonus Points

  • Experience designing in high-growth, scrappy teams where speed mattered more than polish (but you can still polish when it counts).
  • Motion graphics skill
