The Director of Design & Architecture is a strategic design leader. This is a highly visible role with brand impact playing a key role in everything from concept development to construction execution — with a sharp eye on standardization, efficiency, innovation, and scalability.
In this role, you’ll guide the development of our restaurant design standards and ensure they’re applied consistently across markets. You’ll lead architectural planning for new builds, pilot forward-thinking prototypes, and push for smarter, more cost-effective construction practices. You'll also be instrumental in streamlining timelines and reducing expenses — ensuring that each new restaurant opens on time, on brand, and on budget.
This position collaborates cross-functionally with teams across the brand — aligning on design direction, supporting new market entries, and continuously improving the tools, processes, and partnerships that bring our spaces to life. You'll also oversee external architectural partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality documentation tailored to local codes and permitting needs.
Finally, as a team leader, you’ll focus on developing talent, cultivating a strong design culture, and encouraging fresh thinking across the design and architecture function.
