Job Title - IT Project Coordinator

Location - Hybrid (Hopkins, MN)

Summary

  • This is in support of the Strategic Cloud program, which is responsible for migrating applications to migrate to cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Adding / Updating / Removing resources and their forecasts in the Broadcom Clarity PPM software across + resources
  • Following up with resource managers regarding forecasts, delinquent timesheets, and other resource-related matters
  • Analyzing resource forecasts and actuals to identify variances and make corrections as needed
  • Compiling ad-hoc resource reports as needed.
  • Skills / technologies are required

  • years of Clarity PPM.
  • years of Microsoft Excel & SharePoint experience
  • Detail oriented and regularity checks their own work for errors
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently

  • Job Description

    Project coordinator responsible for working with resource managers on maintaining accurate forecasts for all resources on the program. Job functions include but not limited to adding and removing resources from the program; entering forecasts in the PPM system, Clarity; monitoring actual time worked as compared to forecast; following up on missing and incorrect timesheets. A successful candidate will be able to work with minimal direction and work in situations with available information that is ambiguous or incomplete.

    Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of project coordination
  • Typically, two to three years of related experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, including basic knowledge of using formulas and creating pivot tables
  • Intermediate knowledge of using Microsoft SharePoint, including storing documents and creating SharePoint Lists
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience managing projects using Broadcom Clarity PPM or similar PPM system
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
