A company is looking for a Human Resource Manager to support HR functions and serve as a remote HR Manager for assigned sites. Key Responsibilities Provide employee support and manage employee relations, including performance management and off-boarding procedures Coordinate talent management and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance auditing while leading the development of HR policies and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience Advanced emotional intelligence to manage interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically Fundamental working knowledge of HRIS Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex issues and foster a collaborative environment
