A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide effective and efficient customer service to patients and doctor's offices. Key Responsibilities Place and receive calls and faxes for prescription refills and provide information on mail order pharmacy benefits Respond accurately and courteously to patient inquiries and assist with routine questions regarding pharmacy benefits Document each call taken or placed and provide timely information on patient order status and product knowledge requests Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of computer experience Ability to demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, courtesy, and discretion with customers Familiarity with drug names and understanding of the refill process Knowledge of HIPAA laws and medical adverse events Ability to work from home and occasionally in the office as required
