About the Position

The company seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and federal construction projects valued up to $50 million. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage project teams, client relationships, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strategic approach to project delivery, and is committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage large-scale commercial and federal construction projects

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards

Mentor and guide project engineers and junior staff

Report regularly on project progress to executive leadership

Requirements

10+ years of experience in construction project management

Proven track record managing commercial and / or federal projects up to $50 million

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Must live or move to the Huntsville area (relocation assistance available)
