Our assistant manager will report to the general manager and will ensure that all guests and employees have a great experience. They direct, coordinate, implement and manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives / sales goals, cost controls, employee hiring / training / retention, guest service / satisfaction, product quality and cleanliness / sanitation. Position is responsible for ensuring adherence and compliance for all standards of operating a Chicken Salad Chick location.

As an Assistant Manager you will :
Be a key support person for the GM as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad ChickUnderstand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programsEnsure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous serviceEnsure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to CSC standardsAchieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees. Create a positive, productive working environment.Operationally fill in as needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operationsCoach and motivate the teamContinually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional developmentEnsure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programsEnsure that all products are received in the correct unit count and conditions and deliveries are performed following the restaurant's receiving policies and proceduresControl food and equipment inventories, perform weekly inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsSchedule labor for anticipated business activity to provide optimal guest service, product quality and operating standardsAlways adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal groomingBehavior Characteristics :
