A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles. Key Responsibilities Own and execute full cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles, including managing the interview process Expand responsibilities to include technical recruiting for specialized positions Source and build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles Required Qualifications 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment Working knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter Prior experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A growth mindset and eagerness to learn technical recruiting
