Job Title : Implementation Specialist I Commercial Card
The main purpose of this job is to manage Commercial Client post sale thru implementation.
Essential Functions
- Provide quality day-to-day support functions associated with the Commercial Card Implementation portfolio
- Troubleshoot systems, manage data, perform quality problem resolution, and participate in client meetings
- Partner with internal teams and act as an expert or liaison to the systems that maintain customer data and workflows
- Assist with the implementation of $10MM AP Card, Purchasing Card and Business Plus
- Perform other duties as assigned
