Operations Manager

Location : Onsite at High Point, NC

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our facility. This role is ideal for a data-savvy, hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with customer product excellence. The right candidate will ensure smooth inbound and outbound workflows, manage inventory strategically, and uphold our quality standards while supporting product transitions and customer satisfaction.

We need a data-driven operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution to run and transform our facility - overseeing inbound / outbound logistics, driving efficiency, and shaping a customer-first product experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Excellence : Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, process standardization and building standards, and data-driven decision-making to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning : Forecast operational needs and align resources to support growth, product transitions, and customer demand.
  • Data & Analytics : Leverage KPIs, metrics, and statistical analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Quality & Compliance : Establish and enforce robust quality control systems that guarantee product integrity and operational consistency.
  • Inventory Optimization : Lead advanced inventory planning, including buying cycles, forecasting demand, and strategically managing slow-moving or obsolete stock.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee operational readiness for product transitions, ensuring seamless launches while minimizing disruption.
  • Customer Experience : Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure operations directly enhance product availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership & Culture : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

    • Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management level role.
  • Strong background in data analytics, forecasting, and statistical decision-making.
  • Proven track record in quality control for consumer products and electronics.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing product lifecycle transitions is preferred.
  • Experience in site leadership is strongly preferred.
