SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Performance Manager- Quality. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance are met by our suppliers. This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Job description
Responsibilities :
- Supplier Performance Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments of our aviation suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with established quality standards, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Quality Metrics and KPIs : Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance and maintain a data-driven approach for performance evaluations.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Identify areas for improvement in supplier processes, products, and services to drive excellence and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Supplier Audits : Plan and execute supplier audits to assess their quality management systems, production facilities, and adherence to aviation regulations and standards.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions : Collaborate with suppliers to address any non-conformances or quality issues by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Risk Management : Evaluate supplier risk profiles and work with the procurement team to mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
- Supplier Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration to enhance overall supplier performance.
- Regulatory Compliance : Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that suppliers are in compliance with relevant aviation standards and guidelines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Prepare comprehensive reports on supplier performance, highlighting areas of concern and improvement opportunities to management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various internal stakeholders, including procurement, engineering, and operations teams, to align supplier performance objectives with the company's overall quality goals.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field orrelevant combination of education and experience. A Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) in supplier quality management within the aviation or aerospace industry.Strong auditing skills and experience conducting supplier audits.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster positive supplier relationships. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and quality improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.Willingness to travel to supplier sites as required.AS9100 Lead auditor certification (preferred).Who we Are :
