As a key player on our projects, you'll lead plumbing installations and repairs for major retailers, manufacturers, and construction projects. Learn more at Key Responsibilities- Lead plumbing installations for commercial and industrial projects, including ground-up and remodels.- Independently manage job sites, crew members, and plumbing phases (demolition, rough-ins, finish, punch lists).- Coordinate with general contractors and project teams to ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget.- Perform diagnostics, installations, and repairs in compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.- Utilize company tools and equipment effectively, ensuring safe and professional operation. Qualifications- Valid Plumber's License or demonstrated journeyman-level expertise.- Minimum 4+ years of plumbing experience; commercial / industrial project background strongly preferred.- Valid driver's license.- Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Own tools preferred; tool purchase program available.- Comfortable with both day and night shifts.
