OVERVIEW
Merrick & Company is seeking career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of Boundary, GPS, Photogrammetry, Easement / Right of Way, ALTAs, Topographic and As-Built Surveys. The Survey CAD Technician will work under direct supervision of a Land Surveyor. This is a full-time position based out of our Greenwood Village (Denver metro), CO office.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Draft monumented land survey plats.
- Draft topographical and contour maps.
- Work with HDS point clouds. Preparation of legal description and exhibits.
- Problem solve and collaborate with other technical disciplines.
- Perform survey related research and survey calculations in order to create final survey deliverables.
- Follow schedules and budget commitments.
- Work independently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.High School diploma or GED.Local candidates only.Possesses good written and oral communications skills.Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
