What You'll Do :
- Lead & Inspire : Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Expansion : Identify and penetrate new market verticals with a sharp go-to-market strategy tailored to the plastics manufacturing space.
- Strategic Sales Planning : Develop short and long-term sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders across the supply chain.
- Sales Operations : Implement data-driven processes and CRM tools to improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment across departments and maximize commercial impact.
- Performance Monitoring : Track team KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize for efficiency and results.
- Reporting : Deliver executive-level reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities for growth.
What You Bring to the Table :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.10+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.5+ years of successful team management and leadership.3+ years of direct experience in the plastics manufacturing industry—you know the materials, the market, and the margins.Proven track record of expanding into new markets and scaling sales operations.
