Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will :

  • Serve as the point of contact for management and employees regarding benefits and leave of absence questions
  • Coordinate leave requests and claims administration
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary worksheets and warning letters
  • Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain digital files for employees and their documents
  • Support managers in taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary worksheets, and warning letters
  • Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years of human resources experience in healthcare
  • Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
