A company is looking for an IT Service Management Process Owner (ITSM). Key Responsibilities Accountable for the design, execution, and improvement of IT processes, including defining Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitor process execution, manage outsourced Process Managers, and communicate with stakeholders regarding process updates and requirements Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring integration between processes and collaboration with the IT Service Management tool owner Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 3+ years of experience in Service Management, specifically in Change Management, Service Level Management, and Service Transition processes Experience using ServiceNow ITSM Pro suite Expertise in managed services environments and knowledge of IT functional areas ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification is preferred Bachelor's degree in technology or related field is preferred
