Reports to : Maintenance Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong industrial background to support equipment maintenance and general plant operations. This is not an apartment or auto shop maintenance role were looking for someone who understands heavy-duty systems, industrial machinery, and thrives in a self-directed, hands-on environment.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot across systems, and the maturity to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-moving plant.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
• Conduct repairs on small engines and industrial support equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles (or be willing to learn).
• Stick weld and torch cut for minor repairs or fabrication.
• Back up trailers and move equipment as needed.
• Prioritize tasks in real-time based on urgency and operational needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with OSHA standards.
