WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supervise and dispatch mover / driver teams' daily; coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignmentsComplete various dispatch duties, including performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, vehicle inspections, and paperwork auditsLead by example in performance, attitude, attendance, and work ethic; responsible for team development and motivationDetermine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and oversee new employee onboarding and trainingCoordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional mannerPromote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelinesResponsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programsResponsible for being an "on-call" emergency contact outside of normal business hoursAll other duties as assignedWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
