Key Requirements for the Local Account Manager :
- Must reside within commuting distance to the NTMWD facilities (Wylie, Plano, Richardson, and Melissa, TX).
- Will be responsible for : Managing daily fulfillment and scheduling of laborers Attending to same-day replacements and callouts Conducting onsite check-ins and first-day orientations Maintaining compliance (background checks, drug screening, dress code) Managing timekeeping records and weekly reporting Serving as the single point of contact for NTMWD operations staff
Ideal candidates should have prior experience in field operations, staffing, or labor force management—preferably in environments like sanitation, landscaping, or industrial services.
