New Car Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals in volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Manage daily sales operations, including customer interactions, deal structuring, desking deals, and finance approvals.Ensure an excellent customer experience through every step of the sales process.Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and current manufacturer programs.Stay current with industry trends and Subaru brand standards.Uphold compliance with all state and federal regulations.New Car Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation

New Car Sales Manager Qualifications
2+ years of automotive sales management experience required (Subaru experience is a plus).Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of automotive sales processes, inventory management, and customer retention strategies.Experience with using DriveCentric and CDK.Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.Corporate requirements : Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
