Process Excellence Manager

A company is looking for a Process Excellence Manager to lead the development and execution of supply chain business process frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a scalable business process framework to enhance efficiency and quality Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct mapping and root cause analysis Develop training programs and facilitate workshops to promote process excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or process excellence roles Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier engagement strategies Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and procurement best practices Expertise in process excellence methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
