A company is looking for a Care Navigation Agent I to provide compassionate support to patients and clinicians in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Support patients with scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries to enhance patient engagement Act as a liaison between patients and clinicians, ensuring accurate communication of critical information Provide technical support and assistance to patients navigating their care journey Required Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience in customer support and / or patient-facing roles, preferably in a remote setting Strong technical skills and comfort with navigating multiple systems and sensitive data Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a passion for helping individuals through health journeys Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records are a plus but not required A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for confidential communications
