About the Role
Are you a natural connector with a knack for sales and a passion for people? As a Member Success / Sales Associate, youll play a key role in driving membership growth, supporting sales efforts, and delivering an extraordinary experience to every person who walks through our doors.
Youll be the first impression for prospective members and a trusted guide throughout their journeyhelping them see the value of Kiln and ensuring their needs are met from day one. Youll work closely with your Community Director to grow occupancy, nurture relationships, and foster a thriving environment where our members and their businesses can flourish.
