Join Our Team as a Communications Intern - Unpaid

Explore Corporate Storytelling, Content Creation, and Strategy

We’re seeking a motivated and creative  Communications Intern to join our team this fall semester! This is a part-time, in-office internship designed for students eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, digital content creation, and video editing.

You’ll work on real projects that impact both internal communications and our brand’s public presence.

Your Impact as a Communications Intern

In this role, you will :

Draft, edit, and proofread content including press releases, internal announcements, and social media posts

Help manage and schedule content for social media platforms

Edit short-form video content for both internal and external channels

Support coordination of internal and external communications campaigns

Conduct research on competitors, media contacts, and communications trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand voice and consistency

Assist with other duties and special communications projects as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who :

Is currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field

Has excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Understands the basics of social media strategy and engagement

Has beginner-level video editing knowledge (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva)

Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Can work independently and in a team setting

Has some design / photo-editing experience (a plus!)

Internship Details

Minimum 20 hours / week (in-office)

Flexible scheduling based on school commitments

Begins Fall Semester, with flexibility on end date
