What We Are Looking For
Baylor University Athletics seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Associate Director for Development. This position reports to the Director of Resource Development and will be responsible for identifying, solicitating, and cultivating new and prospective Bear Foundation members. The Associate Director for Development will also provide oversight of select premium spaces at McLane stadium.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required along with two years of experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A master’s degree and three years of experience are preferred.All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
