We are looking to fill a remote long-term Contract role as Quality Assurance Specialist
Mode of Interview : In Person
Location : Columbus, OH
Work Arrangement : Onsite
Shift : EST
Required Qualifications :
- Ability to work onsite 5x a week in downtown Columbus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance, case / document management, or IT / business operations
- 2 years of experience with OnBase (Hyland) or similar case / document management systems
- 2 years of familiarity with compliance-driven environments and case management in government agencies
- experience creating user guides or delivering structured training sessions
- 2 years of experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) or advanced Excel for metrics reporting
- MS365 Expert - specifically word and excel
