Automation Engineering Support Tech

The Automation Engineering Support Tech will assist the automation team in providing technical support, executing projects, and maintaining automation systems at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies. This part-time role exists to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.

Essential Functions :

• Assist in basic support and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Participate in maintaining functional specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Aid in carrying out system software updates and upgrades.
• Collaborate with team members to support data integrity programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities :

No prior professional experience required; exposure to automation protocols and systems during coursework is preferred.

Basic understanding of automation and engineering concepts.

Strong communication skills.

Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications :

High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications :

Course of study preferred at bachelor's level in electrical, mechanical, chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Interest in biotechnology or pharmaceutical systems.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Previous internship experience in a biotechnology company or related is a plus.
