Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and trade union engagement Join Rotork as an HR Specialist and play a key role in supporting our people and operations across the Americas region.

Based in Winston Salem youll be part of a collaborative HR Delivery team helping to shape a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance and consistency in HR practices. This is a great opportunity to work in a global business where your expertise in union environments will be highly valued.

As an HR Specialist youll support the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and engagement to offboarding and performance management. A key focus of your role will be providing administrative and coordination support for employee relations cases and managing interactions with the Trade Union at our Winston Salem plant. Youll ensure compliance with local labor laws maintain accurate HR data and support HR policy application and improvement. Youll also contribute to compensation processes culture and talent initiatives and regional HR projects.

Qualifications : Experience Required

  • 5 years in HR with proven experience in employee relations and working with trade unionsideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. HR or business-related qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive issues and build trust with union representatives and employees. Proficiency in HRIS systems and handling confidential information.
  • Fluent in English and the local language of the lead country.
