We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Principal Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our recruitment processes, improving hiring outcomes, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Data Analysis and Reporting :
  • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards to support talent acquisition metrics and analytics, including :
  • Recruitment pipeline and funnel analysis
  • Time-to-hire and source of hire analysis
  • Candidate quality and metrics
  • Hiring manager satisfaction and feedback analysis
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization :
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify areas for process improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of various recruitment channels, strategies, and tactics.
  • Predictive Analytics :
  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast talent acquisition outcomes, such as candidate yield and hiring velocity, workforce planning, etc.
  • Identify key drivers of recruitment success and develop strategies to optimize them.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and HR business partners, to understand their data needs and provide insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Data Quality and Governance :
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and tools.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years work experience in data analysis or related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with HR data systems, such as HRIS, ATS, and recruitment management tools.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science with additional 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
  • Experience with workforce demand planning data analysis and predictive analytics.
  • Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems, AI-powered recruitment tools, and HR data analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
  • Pay Information :

    Full-Time Salary Range : $99410 - $168997

    Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
