A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic growth within its mortgage fulfillment organization. Key Responsibilities Project manage strategies to enhance performance, productivity, and process improvement across mortgage operations Develop engaging presentations to communicate strategic initiatives and secure buy-in from leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure timely completion of initiatives Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or Strategy, preferably in financial services or mortgage operations Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders across various levels Strong data analysis skills with the ability to define and leverage new data sets for decision-making Proven track record of managing high-visibility, cross-functional projects from ideation to execution Experience with project management and data systems such as Air Table, Smartsheets, and Tableau
