Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to capture market share. Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Set performance targets, track KPIs, and ensure accountability across all sales activities. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners. Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and presentations. Revenue Growth : Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through direct sales efforts, pipeline development, and effective team management. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience. Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Own the sales forecast and report performance metrics to executive leadership. Use data to inform strategic decisions and course-correct when needed. Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Use insights to position the company competitively and adapt to changing customer needs. What We're Looking For : Experience : 8 12+ years in B2B sales or enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge : Experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, technology, logistics, healthcare, etc.], preferably within the Texas market or broader Southern U.S. region. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to build, scale, and motivate high-performing sales teams. Strategic Thinker : Ability to connect big-picture vision with tactical execution.
