A company is looking for a Techline Operator to support field technicians through chat-based communication. Key Responsibilities Support technicians and third-party contractors with real-time communication Document and report on exceptions while navigating internal software systems Provide technical and troubleshooting support for various requests Required Qualifications Able to work a 9-hour shift between 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 30 PM EST, including weekends as needed Familiarity with Field Service Delivery High proficiency with web-based software applications, such as Salesforce and Google Suite Experience with CCTV systems or optics is a plus Willingness to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
