You'll be the driving force behind smooth interview scheduling, accurate processes, and a "white glove" candidate journey from start to finish.

Let's talk job responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire a team of Recruiting Coordinators, setting high standards for service, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Oversee daily recruiting support operations, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality goals are consistently met.
  • Monitor team workload, proactively adjusting assignments to maintain balance and momentum.
  • Refine recruiting coordination workflows, tools, and templates to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to streamline processes, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Partner with Talent Operations to safeguard ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with all recruiting documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on scheduling platforms, ATS systems (Workday preferred), and interview logistics.
  • Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or escalations to keep the process moving.
  • Track, analyze, and share recruiting support metrics - turning data into actionable insights.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused team culture.

Your experience and skills :

  • 5+ years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR support, with at least 2 years managing a team.
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and interview scheduling tools.
  • A passion for creating seamless processes and an exceptional candidate experience.
