Quality Manager

Job Purpose
Our client, a well-established leader in the cabinetry and interior finishes industry , is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and elevate their quality operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can set high standards, lead with confidence, and ensure excellence in every product delivered .
Your Mission
As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of quality processes across multiple locations. You’ll be responsible for defining and maintaining best-in-class standards, mentoring your team, and driving continuous improvements that reinforce the company’s reputation for craftsmanship and reliability .
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the quality team, ensuring accurate inspections throughout the finishing process—from initial prep to final touches.
Identify and resolve quality issues quickly, implementing corrective actions to maintain consistency and product excellence.
Partner with production leadership to implement best practices and process improvements.
Oversee documentation of inspections and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Conduct regular quality audits to align processes with certifications and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business / Quality Management preferred.
5–7 years in a quality control or management role in manufacturing / cabinetry .
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and process controls, with hands-on experience in finishing-related quality assurance.
Familiarity with QMS systems, ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and quality certifications is a strong plus.
