Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of care for residents

Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and compliance with state and federal regulations

Mentor and support nursing staff to foster professional growth and teamwork

Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Monitor and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Texas (unencumbered)

Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, state survey, etc.)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Commitment to resident-centered care
