Role Description :
SRI Telecom is seeking a Distribution Facility Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our Austin, TX distribution facility. This role will manage the receiving, evaluation, staging, and shipping of IT asset products while ensuring accurate testing and training support for facility staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong materials management, shipping experience, and employee leadership skills, with the ability to stay organized, take responsibility for outcomes, and communicate effectively across teams.
Key Tasks :
- Oversee receiving processes and ensure materials are properly logged and evaluated upon arrival.
- Manage hot staging and testing efforts for IT asset products, assisting with training and performing tests as needed.
- Drive resolution of operational issues as they arise to ensure timely workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse employees, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor and enforce organizational standards of safety, responsibility, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to maintain project timelines.
- Provide regular updates on facility performance and material readiness.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
