Does not have to program PLC’s but must have a fundamental of PLC’s Must be able to read schematics, blueprints and diagrams Fabricating and welding skills are a plus Must have good troubleshooting and electro-mechanical repair skills Ability to climb ladders and lift minimum of 50 pounds Ability to drive Forklift truck Must have good communications skills to be able to convey critical information to production team as well as future shifts Must be available for weekend and overtime work

he individual will install, repair and maintain our production line equipment They will also work on electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have fundamental knowledge of Lock Out / Tag Out.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to :
- Performs scheduled maintenance and repair of equipment breakdowns
- Fill out daily maintenance logs, downtime logs and ensures all paperwork for mechanics is filled out properly and in a timely manner
- Assists with general building maintenance
- Record keeping and cost analysis
- Orders supplies using requisition data base
- Follows GMP’s and Safety Procedures
