Lawn Doctor of Savannah & Beaufort County is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for communication, excellent organization skills, and a drive to help homeowners improve the health and appearance of their lawns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to build relationships and promote our lawn care services.
- Effectively explain our service offerings, including fertilization, weed control, mosquito and pest control, aeration, and more.
- Manage and update new customer contact lists and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Answer incoming calls as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads, schedule evaluations, and help guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
