Regulatory Healthcare Attorney (DLA)

Gibson Arnold & Associates is looking for retired and semi-retired attorneys with 20+ years of experience for our Distinguished Legal Advisor (DLA) program. Ideal candidates will have significant expertise in regulatory healthcare (anti-kickback laws, the Stark Law, False Claims Act, HIPAA, etc.). Projects can very in weekly hours as well as length of time. The DLA program is designed to offer our clients top-notch legal services on an as-needed basis. In-house experience is preferred.
