We are hiring for Plumbing Working Foreman

Applicants must meet the following criteria before being consider for employment :

• Five years Forman experience in commercial TI & New Construction experience in field plumbing operations; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience. Need to be specialized in underground and dirt work.
• 5 experience as a plumbing foreman.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation.
• Must have basic tools for the trade.
• Must know blueprint reading and have layout and code skills.
• Must have experience with commercial, TI, and large jobsites.
• Must be comfortable using technology such as an iPad
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interface with field crew, customers, vendors, and other subcontractors.
• Communicate with builders to meet schedules and get details on jobs
• Must present oneself in a professional and courteous manner
• Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.
• Attends, as needed, all job site and office meetings related to assigned tasks
• Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
• Must have verifiable references.’
• Med Gas Certification a Plus
