Were partnering with Skogman Companies on their search to find a hands-onDigital & Social Media Specialist to lead content creation, campaign execution, and digital engagement across their family of real estate, homebuilding, insurance, and remodeling companies.
In this dual-focus role, you'll split your time between managing the companies social media and leading digital marketing efforts. That includes creating and publishing content, managing websites and email campaigns, engaging with our community, and analyzing whats working to make it even better. Youll collaborate closely with their Marketing Director and Graphic Designer to shape, share, and grow their brand stories online.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns via Facebook / Meta Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Set goals, build audiences, manage budgets, and optimize for performance through A / B testing
- Lead email marketing efforts, including writing, scheduling, and analyzing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip series)
- Maintain and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS), including landing pages, blogs, and SEO basics
- Collaborate on digital projects such as lead generation campaigns and new content initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
Social Media & Content Creation
Develop, write, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for multiple Skogman divisionsCreate written posts, short-form videos (Reels, tutorials, interviews), and visual content tailored to each platformMeet with internal teams and staff to gather ideas and capture behind-the-scenes content in the fieldMaintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platformsManage and maintain a proactive social media calendarMonitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and participate in online conversationsTrack analytics, generate monthly reports, and use insights to improve future contentWhat Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creationStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsComfortable with social video (filming, editing, and posting)Working knowledge of social media ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)Familiar with email platforms (like Hubspot, Mailerlite, or similar)Ability to use AI marketing tools (ex : ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)Experience managing websites and creating / editing content with CMS toolsProficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; basic photo / video editing skills a plusDetail-oriented with solid project management and organizational skillsCurious and data-mindedyou look at results to improve the next roundBonus : Experience in real estate, remodeling, or multi-brand companiesWhy Skogman?
