We're looking for an execution-focused Product Manager to join our growing product team as we scale our AI-powered lead generation platform for legal professionals. You'll work directly with our Head of Product to drive tactical execution across our three strategic pillars : Client Experience, AI Agents, and Attorney Intelligence Platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PM to take ownership of product execution in the exciting AI / legal tech space. You'll have significant autonomy over day-to-day product management while contributing to strategic product decisions in a fast-growing startup.
What You'll Do
Tactical Product Execution
- Own feature definition and requirements documentation for client-facing and AI agent capabilities
- Manage product backlogs and coordinate release planning with engineering
- Conduct user research and customer discovery to inform product decisions
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, content, sales, and leadership
- Drive usability testing and analyze feature adoption to optimize user experience
Customer-Focused Activities
Collect and synthesize user feedback from legal professionals and the marketers who work with them using our platformTranslate complex technical SEO concepts into simplified workflows for non-expert usersAdvocate for customer needs and pain points within the organizationSupport customer onboarding optimization and user education initiativesProcess & Operations
Establish and maintain product development processes as we scaleCreate documentation systems for product requirements and decisionsSupport the development of product metrics dashboards and success trackingHelp implement prioritization frameworks and feedback collection mechanismsAI Product Development

Required Experience
4+ years of product management experience with proven track record of shipping productsExperience with user research, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaborationStrong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision makingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesExperience managing product backlogs and coordinating releases with engineering teamsExperience with tools like lovable, vO, and linearPreferred Experience
