Patient Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and health care providers to identify assistance needs Document information in computer systems and assist customers in navigating online tools Research complex issues and guide customers on their prescription benefits and claims Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of customer service experience Experience working with multiple computer screens while interacting with customers Ability to complete required training and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary
